I found bed bugs in the bed and didn't stay a single night. Although it's bookings.com's policy to fully refund you if you find them, they did not reimburse me. I was so not happy with the hotel that I booked another apartment using bookings.com. The hotel didn't return my money to me and neither did bookings.com. I'm super disappointed with both. I would highly recommend staying away.

There are so many bad reviews, so I was a little nervous about staying here. But my stay turned out to be quite positive. It’s true that there is no lift and the stairs are not comfortable for carrying luggage, but the receptionist helped me with my bag and was super kind the whole time, always willing to help. The room was generally clean, but the toilet was a little bit clogged with paper, which I cleaned myself. The water in the shower was not very hot, more warm, but that depends on personal preference. Other than this, there were no other issues.

I like the friendly hospitality of my host. I missed a desk in my room but I informed the reception to please provide one as I am sure to return to the hotel. The personnell were helpful with delivering my luggage to the ground floor. I appreciated that very much.
