Yes, it was easy to locate and collect the keys, using the pin codes and passwords in the email. The apartment was quite nice. Two double bedrooms which could sleep up to four people. A nice living room and kitchen. a spacious bathroom. A little balcony with 2 chairs off the kitchen area. There was a good sized TV and printer. Wifi was good. The building was situated within walking distance of both the tram and bus to bring you the few minutes journey to the Centre of town. It was a safe area with many quality restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed our ten night stay with you. Thank you.

Comfortable apartment in a great area and neighborhood. Not so far from the city center. Comfortable rooms, good furniture, specious bathroom, equipped kitchen.

Lovely and roomy. Well equipped. Lift if needed. A good walk from town.

Only photo nice. It felt scary to touch or move anything, as if it might break.

The apartment was spacious and luxurious. It was comfortable and clean and in a quiet area.A short walk to buses made it easy to get into the city .

The apartment had a very nice decor and was visually appealing. However, the cleanliness was not sufficient. The bedsheets were dirty, and the kitchen faucet was broken. With a bit more attention to these details, the stay could be much more enjoyable.

Very large and comfortable apartment on a quiet street. There is an elevator in the building. Two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen area, a large entrance hall, a large bathroom and all kinds of amenities. The apartment is ideal for 4 people. The bedrooms are facing a quiet yard. Very convenient location near bus stops, bakery and Carrefour Express.

Nice apartment in a nice neiborhood, close to the historic center, actually you need to take a bus (38) or tram (93) to reach it about 15min +/- clean and good instalations. A lot of restaurants and Carrrefour to 5 min. We stayed 3 nights it's enough to visit Brussels. I fully recomend visit Brugges and Gant. Thank you Mirjana
