The apartment is on several levels, stairs between levels, not suitable for disabled people and people with children. But the stairs did not cause us any discomfort. Very cozy apartment with beautiful paintings in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is chic and equipped with everything you need. The only comment is about sorting garbage. It would be nice to have trash cans for different garbage in the kitchen, since it is inconvenient to take the garbage to the basement every time. The basement has a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is perfectly clean. Check-in was quick, we were met by Pascale, the owner's trusted person. A bottle of Belgian beer was waiting for us in the refrigerator. The tram stop is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, tram 8 is conveniently three stops away from the metro, and the metro can take you to any point in Brussels. Or on the same tram, but moving from the other side, you can also get almost to the center, which will take about 40 minutes. There is a grocery supermarket with a large selection right where the tram stops. A small shop is around the corner of the house. We really liked the apartments and we recommend them.

The home has everything a family would need. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and commute is easy with bus stops , tram stations in walking distance. Has convenience stores and grocery stores in walking distances as well.
