The Hotel Van Belle is a family-owned hotel (since 1906) located within walking distance of the city center and Brussels Midi/Zuid (Brussels South) train station. The 65 rooms are designed and functional with high performance soundproofing walls, flat screen TV and a large walk-in shower. There is free WI-FI throughout the hotel and the reception is open 24 hours a day. The guests can daily enjoy a generous buffet breakfast. A welcoming retro-style bar serves a selection of beverages and snacks. For conferences and other events, a multi-purpose conference room is available. The underground parking is available for 20€/night/car by reservation. The restaurant welcomes you everyday until 9.30PM. We enjoyed our stay at Van Belle Hotel. The hotel itself is very clean, staff are friendly and the breakfast was lovely. I wish there were tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as a fridge. Other than that, it was great!

“Lovely hotel with great staff”
Lovely modern hotel with fantastic staff. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the Grand Place and other central attractions. Beds very comfy, blackout curtains worked really well. Quiet meaning we got a good nights sleep, we were facing onto the courtyard and couldn’t hear any noises. Really good value for money for a modern hotel in a capital city. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful.

Location and staff were amazing- although it’s in an immigrant area of Brussels which isn’t the cleanest - the hotel is absolutely spotless and just a brilliant find.

“Very clean, quiet and comfortable, good parking!”
Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Secure underground parking. Hotel is quite new and everything is very clean, modern and has a very smart feel to it. Easy to get to by car without having to drive into the centre. 15 minute walk to Grand Place - tram, metro and bus stops all nearby.

I liked the location, la chambre, I liked the way the reception staff and the cleaners spoke to the clients. I liked the way when you need any service they help you with a smile.This is a good, modern hotel.

“Modern hotel, rough area”
The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself feels modern and recently renovated. For a one-night stay it was perfectly fine. I also appreciated the Italian lady at the reception, who was very respectful and welcoming.

Staff are nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Breakfast has limited options but they serve freshly made waffles which we loved. The neighborhood is a bit rundown but the location is only a 10-15minute walk to the city centre.
