“Low comfort and room did not correspond to reservation”

I specifically asked for two single beds for me and my colleague, but once we entered the room we saw a single queen size bed. The staff looked for an alternative, but they did not find any rooms with two single beds. The staff did not see my request in their system and they seemed quite doubtful and requested to see my reservation confirmation (on which it was explicitly written). They then suggested to provide free breakfast for us if we would have taken the room, but we refused as we could not eat in the morning. Finally, they provided a different room with a bed and a sleeping couch. The latter was however very uncomfortable and noisy. The bathroom was clean however very old style, with a bath with a curtain, rather than the modern shower shown in the picture of the room that I had booked. Last, the air conditioning system was very noisy, even when switched off in our room. Overall not a great experience for a hotel which is rated 4 stars. I have been in many other 4 star hotels in Brussels and the comfort and client friendliness.

Convenient and good location, close to public transport, grocery stores. as well as some nice parks! I did like the size of the rooms and that there was a coffee machine in the room!

The lady at reception was indeed helpful with replying to all my queries. I didn't ask her name but she was there during my checkout. Overall rooms and location is good.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and she made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. We also had a snack at lunch time and it was very nice. The hotel is in a very good location for our meeting place.

Great location. Down a side street from Schuman Metro station. Breakfast was great Staff very friendly.. Quiet area at night so you can get a good night's sleep too.
