“Very disappointing stay – not suitable for families with children”

We booked Guest House Dasos Kynthos for 4 nights and for 4 people, but unfortunately we stayed only 1 night because the conditions were unacceptable. When we arrived, there was a very strong smell of closed space, scented sticks, and dust, which made the apartment extremely difficult to breathe in. The house also appeared very dirty, with spiderwebs, dusty surfaces, and dirty sheets. The overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The breakfast that had been provided for 4 people for 4 days was also concerning. It consisted of open food stored in jars, with no indication of when it had been opened or any expiration date, which did not feel safe or hygienic. Because of the cleanliness issues, the air quality, and the general condition of the property, we did not feel comfortable staying there, especially with children. In our opinion, this property is not suitable for kids. I would not recommend this apartment.

Cinzia's place is a beautiful flat, very cozy and well furnished. It is located in a cute and quiet street, close to the metro. Cinzia is a great host, very nice and thougthful. I surely raccomend her place.

very nice location in calm residential area. Still close to public transport and close enough to the EU institutions around Schuman. Very kind host. Fresh croissant for breakfast delivered. Free coffee and tea, nice and convenient.

Really nice place! Quiet location and the house welcomes you with an amazing fragrance! You will find everything for your breakfast including a really good croissant and the apartment is tastefully furnished.

“Good for a short stay”

Apartment was decorated in antique style and was located in a quiet area next to a church. Few minutes walk to metro station.

Location is great. Metro, shopping mall, eating places are within walking distance. The parts of the house are very good. The bed is very comfortable. We felt very comfortable with our two children. The owner is a wonderful person. The croissants for breakfast were a very pleasant surprise.

Cinzia is a very welcoming and friendly host. It was super easy to check-in. The location is very beautiful and quiet, with a bit of walking from the EU institutions area. I loved the fact that she has provided me with lots of breakfast material so I had everything I needed the day after. The apartment is very spacious and clean. All in all a great experience to repeat when in Brussels!
