Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. On the check-out day, we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel, whether paid or free, but we were told in a pressuring way that if we left a positive Google review, they could keep the luggage for free. This did not feel professional at all. Apart from that, the hotel was not clean, the room was very small and cheap-looking, and the facilities were quite poor. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

In a great location, very close to The Grand Place, restaurants, shops & places of interest. It was very clean, the shower was excellent and the beds very comfortable.

“Nice location”
It is in the heart or brussels, most of the tourist attractions are just walking distance, near the de brouckre metro station and bus stop. A lot of restaurants and cafe around.

“Great stay!”
Amazing location. 10 minute walk from Bruxelles-Central Station. 5 min walk to Grand Place. Indoor eatery 'Wolf' just round the corner and in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Room very comfortable with good size bathroom. Would stay again!
