The apartment was well equipped. It is like a studio with a kitchenette, two arm chairs and a coffee table. The bed was spacious and the bathroom was roomy with a good shower. The breakfast was good. I was offered eggs and bacon in addition to the buffet.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and anger regarding my recent stay at Diamant Suites Brussels EU in Room 508. There are two major issues that I must address: ​1. Severe Lack of Transparency and Hidden Fees: I booked this room because the pictures on Booking.com showed a kitchen. However, upon arrival, I found the kitchen completely locked behind a shutter. When I asked the reception, I was shocked to be told that I had to pay an extra 25 € just to unlock it! This was never mentioned in the booking conditions. To make matters worse, I discovered that the microwave inside the kitchen was broken anyway, making it useless even if I paid. This is a clear case of false advertising and hidden costs. ​2. Lack of Hot Water and Poor Communication: I extended my stay yesterday (for the night of March 31st to April 1st). There was no hot water in my room. When I reported this yesterday, the staff assured me it would be fixed within an hour. Today is April 1st, and there is still no hot water. When I went down to demand an explanation, the staff finally admitted that the system had been down since yesterday! I was given false promises and could not even take a shower before my departure. ​Due to this terrible experience, false advertising, and failure to provide basic amenities, I am demanding a full refund for the extension period (84 €). ​I expect a formal and prompt response regarding this matter before escalating this issue directly to Booking.com customer service. ​Sincerely,

The bed and sheets were super compy, it was really clean and the wifi connection was very good. Also the checking in contact with the staff was very pleasant.
