The room was big. Close to good public transport connections. I received a ventilator when I asked, but made no difference with the heat.

The reservation was made by a colleague who misunderstood the accommodation needs of my friends and booked your room on their behalf without my involvement. As I was not the guest and did not use the accommodation services, I do not believe that I am responsible for this payment. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and contact the person who actually made the reservation and arranged the stay. “Fair for the price”
The place is near to the Gare du Nord, next to a tram station and the flixbus stops. No noises comming from other rooms. You have a fridge in the room.

Host was able to repair error made by booking.com I cancelled one room out of 6 a few weeks ago but was told on arrival 2 rooms out of 6 was cancelled.

34min walk to center. Price ok for the last minute reserve but next time I would definitely find something else even if it’s further, even if I need to pay for car parking.

“Reasonable rate in a quiet neighbourhood”
The location is near to train station, we are able to travel with 25kg suitcase on public transport to this hotel with no issue. We got our check in codes few days before arrival, the check in process was a smooth one. We also like the reasonable rate after paying the same rate for a campsite in Amsterdam. Although the facilities are not sparking clean or new, we appreciate the ability to spread our stuff and cook some hot meals with the kitchenette. Our room couldn’t hear any noise from the Main Street, we slept like baby, also our window opens to an inner courtyard, which is nice for ventilation and privacy as there’s no one passing by the courtyard.
