- Deposit to be made via an external platform - Could not find the room - poor description - I could not check every flat in the building (did not want to disturb people living there) - no sign at door which indicated the floor / door number - No timely response to my messages - Calls not answered - Stayed at a friend's flat in the end - Information provided way too late
