Great reception. No charge for early check in. Bed and lining was extremelly confortable.room was spacious. Bathroom with tub (which I prefer) was clean and nice. Bottles with water were available at no additional cost! Location excellent. I recomend it.

The location is very conveniently half way from the station to the city centre. 20 minute walk in either direction and to the "shopping district". Staff are excellent, very helpful and courteous. all appear to be multilingual too ! The room was very spacious and comfortable above average for the price. The crowning jewel in the top floor / roof top bar & restaurant, with views over the city. Breakfast to self service with a reasonable selection of nibbles, coffee, tea and juices.

The staff were great. The room was large and it was less than 10 mins walk from the grand palace. The beds were really comfortable and clean

Value for Money was exceptional, as was the location and proximity to parking which was discounted by the hotel. Pleasently surprised by the breakfast that previous reviews suggested was a little 'lean'. Not quite the traditional english fare but there was a rough approximation and plenty of choice besides. Again exceptional value for money for breakfast in the city center. Staff on reception also very helpfull and pleasent.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help. It was very convenient that we could leave our luggage after check-out, allowing us to enjoy a walk around the city without having to carry our bags.

Great location. The bed was comfortable. The city centre could be reached in about 7 min walking. The staff was very polite .

The location is quite convenient for walking from gare du midi and again for walking to Grande Place but it's less good for access to public transport. My (single) room was quite adequate for a 2 night stay. Bed comfortable, bathroom excellent. Oneline checkin and checkout worked well.

It's walking distance (at least by my definition) from Brussels Midi and Grand Place and the city centre. The breakfast is varied individual dishes good.

Perfect location, very kindly staff

Location is very close to Grand Place. Room was big enough and clean. A/C and Wi-Fi working well. Breakfast was okey. I would surely recommend.

“Solid hotel in a perfect location for a Brussels break”

A solid hotel for a city break in Brussels. Our room was small but looked as though it had been recently decorated/renovated. There was some work going on on our floor (5th) but we weren't disturbed by it. The hotel itself is overall a bit dated looking in style but clean and well presented. It's big and feels a little bit impersonal. Breakfast buffet was fine. The rooftop bar is nice for a drink. The location is pretty much perfect - 4 mins walk from the Mannequin Pis and the central/old town bars and restaurants. The Quartier Marolles is 10 minutes walk and well worth visiting if you're into vintage shops, flea markets, boho bars, etc.

The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate my requests. I greatly appreciate that. I loved the location.

I would have loved a full mirror to check out my outfits on a trip and the room was a bit small

“Not that good”

Unfortunately the shower was constantly switching between hot and cold… and no solution was found. Rooms are done in the afternoon and this is a bit non convenient in case you want to take a bit of rest in the afternoon.
