“The perfect place to stay, for both business and leisure!”
This is not the first time that I have stayed here and will not be the last time either. Clean, good sized apartments with all the amenities. Very clear instructions on how to get in. Bed was comfortable, wifi was excellent, apartment was clean and comfortable. Location for me was perfect, on one side, easy walk to where the meetings were taking place and on the other, to the Grand Place.

“Location, soft huge beds, Luxurious and just lovely”
This is my second stay at this place in the last 6th month and I think I will always stay there when I go Brussels . I love love love it. The location , accessesibiliy to Metro, the shops, the big comfy bed , the kitcken , the black and white decor which makes it looks luxurious . It's just perfect .

“DANGEROUS BEDBUG INFESTATION & PHYSICAL INJURIES”
nothing. DANGEROUS BEDBUG INFESTATION in Room 24. My mother suffered severe physical injuries (bites) all over her body, confirmed by medical reports. We were forced to evacuate on Feb 27th for our safety. Unacceptable health and safety standards.

“Would not recommend, staff is irresponsible.”
Room was flooded by a 10 minute shower. All of our stuff that was on the floor like the luggage and shoes were soaking wet. Goods in the luggage were wet as well. Property said they will come check in 15-20 minutes. Came 1 hour and 30 minutes later. Because the property told us to wait, we couldn’t have dinner and we specifically told them that we were starving because we were traveling since early morning. Requested for a partial refund with the damage but property said the flood is not their fault.
