The apartment is in a top central location, right in a pedestrian area. It is a bit noisy outside, but the bedrooms face a quiet side, so there is no noise while sleeping. The apartment is spacious, warm, and comfortable. The bathroom is large and practical, and there is an additional toilet, which is a big plus. There is no elevator, but I see this as part of the charm of the building. To make the stay perfect, I would suggest fixing a few small signs of wear from use and paying a bit more attention to cleaning details.

The apartment is in a very convenient location for Brussels centre, near to the main square and a short 10 minute walk from Brussels Central railway station. It is situated above the Gallerie de la Reine shopping precinct meaning you get a great view of the historic gallerie from the lounge. The lounge is very spacious with high ceilings, the apartment also has a modern kitchen and bathroom, and also a laundry room with a second toilet both of which are useful if you are staying with a group. The beds were very comfortable. Overall quite a charming property.

Very spacious and in a great convenient location. Charming building & unique stay. Very responsive and accommodating staff. Very much appreciated the assistance given to carry our luggage up the stairs as it would have been difficult for us after a 12 hour flight. We did have a pleasant stay overall. It is value for money for the size, amenities, and location it provides. 8

“Perfect”
It was a very satisfying stay. The owner was attentive to us at all times and was very nice. The location was right in the city center and yet at night you couldn’t hear people. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect.
