“Not sure, personally open toilet setup was not my thing”

Toilet was just behind bed without door or roof. Felt very uncomfortable.

Modern design in a beautiful building, bathroom was modern and lovely shower, helpful by changing the bedding when we spilt a drink on it, bed was very comfortable, small fridge was a bonus, everything was spotless.

Great location, walkable from the Station (20 mins) and to the town centre. Comfortable bed and soft clean sheets. Although on a main road no traffic noise we had room 1 which was nice and quiet. Easy access. Would recommend for a weekend stay.

Room very spacious. Shower not bad. 10 minute walk to the city centre which was fine. Great idea with the code to get into room so no risk of losing key and very easy to check in.

The Ribas Guestrooms was easy to fine and very close to the town. The double glazed windows meant it was quiet. I heard no noise from outside or inside the building. The room (5) was large and warm and had a bathroom which included a large shower. A coffee machine was included and plates, cups, glasses and cutlery were available from a cupboard in the hall outside the room.

“Dececionante”

The establishment deserves a negative review not so much because of the accommodations, which were reasonable, but rather due to the management’s attitude towards our noise complaint. On the second night of our stay, we heard several noises directly above our room (footsteps, objects falling, loud laughter, music — a typical Saturday night gathering with friends). We reported our discomfort since it was already past 10 p.m., but received no reply, even though our message was seen. We were then surprised when, from midnight until almost 1 a.m., people started leaving from the upper floor — a floor that is not reserved for guests but used by the management of the property. In other words, not only was our complaint ignored, but the staff themselves were the source of the disturbance. They came downstairs after half past midnight, talking and laughing on the stairs. The house rules clearly state that noise is not allowed after 10 p.m., but it seems those rules only apply to the guests.

“3 days in Bruge”

We had a fantastic stay at the Ribas guestrooms. The room was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed. It's in a great location, easy walking distance to the Markt and other attractions.

Great location couple of minutes of walk from the city center. The room was quiet, clean and equiped with everything that is needed for a short stay to visit Bruge. It was a good experience

The accommodation was absolutely lovely, clean, conveniently located, and the communication with the owner was prompt and seamless.
