Excellent hotel with a great location and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help, making our stay especially enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast and relaxing atmosphere, and would happily stay here again.

Hotel Ter Brughe is a fantastic place with a unique atmosphere and rich history. Despite its age, it is perfectly equipped and lacks nothing. The fantastic atmosphere is complemented by the very friendly service. Breakfast in the Gothic cellar overlooking the canal was absolutely extraordinary – very good and rich. “Delightful Hotel with delightful staff - in keeping with the city of Bruges.”
Lovely old property to the north east of the city - but close to all amenities. The staff were excellent - consistently cheerful and helpful - including the cleaning staff - who are not probably directly employed by the hotel - but even so they were cheerful.

The location was nice as the hotel is away from the very touristy area. The view was very good and the size of the room was good. The staff was very nice and it was a nice touch to receive chocolates on check in and cookies on check out.

So much character. Staff were great. Such a beautiful building and the chocolates on arrival were lovely! Great breakfast. Great location. We dropped our bags then went off to park in the local recommended parking, which wasn’t too far away.
