“Perfect accommodation”

Nina and Frank were fantastic hosts. We ordered a luxurious hamper from them which was exceptional. The kitchen has everything imaginable.

I stayed at Nina and Frank’s guesthouse for two nights and wish I could have stayed longer. Having stayed in numerous hotels in Bruges, I can say with confidence that it has the most comfortable bed and pillows I have encountered. It is very conveniently located, a short walk from the market square yet away from the crowds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is very comfortable and the bikes available for rent are an excellent addition that make exploring the city even more enjoyable. Nina and Frank are highly responsive hosts and I would recommend staying there without hesitation. I look forward to returning.

Excellent location, warm and cosy, well-stocked, well-furnished, a lot of nice touches that made us feel welcome. A really lovely spot. A lot of care was put into the space. Great to be in the picturesque part of the city while being away from the crowds - very peaceful location.

Good location away from busy area , handy to have parking , good local restaurants nearby .Nina was a text away for any questions.

Beautiful apartment, absolutely the best stocked in terms of everything you could want in a kitchen, it felt like home from home. Comfy sofas and little extra touches such as home made treats made this a very special place to stay. Great quantities of towels , and lovely quality bedlinen too. Nina was accommodating and very easy to contact via WhatsApp .

The location is great , everything is in walking distance. The host is very helpful and available to assist you on WhatsApp. Apartment has a nostalgic look and facilitated with new technology.

“Gorgeous apartment in quiet quarter of Bruges (Brugge)”

The apartment was wonderfully well equipped. Everything had been thought of - no utensil missing. The room were a good size and very tastefully decorated. The location was superb. Very quiet and yet close to amenities (local shops etc) and the Jerusalem Church, and only 15 mins walk from the centre. The welcome pack was a nice touch and much appreciated.

“What a find, ideal for our ‘take it easy’ week in Bruges”

The apartment had everything we needed for our week in Bruges, an ideal base within 10 minutes walk of the main city centre area and its many attractions. We tried a number of Nina’s recommendations for meals and drinks and were not disappointed. Nina was also quick to respond to our texts, very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, the kitchen was stocked with tea and coffee etc but also with herbs and oils, a definite bonus when we self catered. We relaxed in the living area, enjoying Nina’s little local beer and chocolate gift and slept very comfortably all week, in an apartment that was cosy and warm whilst it was -5 outside. We also much appreciated being able to arrange a ‘breakfast basket’ through Nina, saving a trip to the supermarket on check in day.

This was an amazing apartment with every amenity you can think of. Nina is an extraordinary host. We will definitely stay at this apartment if we ever visit Bruges again. A few minutes walk to the center. We loved every moment in the apartment.Thank you Nina.

Literally everything. The guestsuit is far better than the photos at booking app. Cozy and classy at the same time, the guestsuit provided everything we would possibly like. Wild card: the bycicles :).

If you're looking for a typical little house in a quiet back street in Bruges, this is the place. We could not recommend Sir Joachim enough. We liked the bedroom being in the roof where all you can hear is either wind and rain or silence. Nina was very helpful and sent a lot of very helpful information about things to do and where to eat in Bruges. She is very fast to answer questions and very kindly arranged a small surprise for us coming along with some small snacks and local beer - she makes really good biscuits. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment has everything you need.

It's really a very lovely place, with a large living room and a wide bed upstairs under the roof. Its all beautifully furnished. There were some welcome snacks and fruit waiting when we came, so we felt at home right away. The location is very close to the city center, but outside the main tourist streams, so its quiet and not crowded. All in all we had a very nice time there, and spend many relaxing hours in the apartment when we came back from exploring.
