There was no one in the name of staff to help. Barely could connect over a call and then too no response to fix the coffee maker. Barely stayed there a few hours, felt absolutely cheated !! The worst stay experience of my 3 week European trip !

The location is the best to live in Bruges, view from the room was superb with Xmas market scene in front of our room.

The attic room was spacious. The bathroom was clean enough with multiple towels. Bed was nice and big enough.

The location was great although it was badly explained how to access the accommodation. All the information about how to find it came from our own research from previous clients' comments on the reviews and not the place itself. The room looked renovated and promising but the toilet had stains and the toilet paper was wet. Finally, and to be honest the most sad point, there was absolutely no interest by part of the host (a random waiter from the restaurant?) who did not greet us, took us in quick to pay the city tax and gave us a dirty key with no explanation about where the room was (or what room), about the accommodation or anything at all. I am sorry but I do NOT recommend.

They were agreeable in allowing late checkin when I contacted them regarding bus cancellation would result in late arrival. Friendly gentleman carried our luggage upstairs to our room.
