Beautiful good sized room. Very large comfy bed. Nice touch of chocolates and biscuits. Very clean. The location is ideal for using the underground carpark down the road.

Everything! Room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable, light and bright, quiet, great coffee, lovely box of Belgian chocolates to welcome us. Charming heated swimming pool and well equipped small gym. Many lovely sitting areas around and about. Pleasant 20 min walk into the historic centre or to Minnipark. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff; they all helped with a smile.

We had a wonderful stay ! The hotel is ideally located, very close to the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist took great care of us: she gave us all the information we needed and even recommended places to visit and good restaurants. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which was a great bonus to relax after a day of sightseeing. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

“Outstanding.... a must visit”
Our first time in Belgium and I can honestly say this hotel goes over and above. Our room was ready early, was nice and cool, had a mini bar , bath robes , belgium chocolates, big tv . The staff were exceptional . All polite, friendly and welcoming . The receptionist even ran after us to give us complimentary cookies when we were just going to leave our key and go. It was a lovely touch. What a lovely hotel...

Welcome by staff was exceptional. Breakfast choice was superb, well presented and good quality. Chocolate gift on arrival in bedroom unexpected and very much enjoyed. Cookies on departure to thank us for staying a bonus. Swimming pool small but adequate, warm and relaxing.

A Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Bruges! We had a beautiful stay here. The hotel is lovely and the staff are incredibly friendly. We were touched by the thoughtful welcome note and the delicious Belgian chocolates waiting for us. A standout feature was the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose our preferred pillows for a perfect night's sleep. The location is also excellent, an easy walk into the city centre. We truly loved our stay and highly recommend it.
