Very clear, timely and straightforward communications in advance of and during our stay. The apartment was attractive, spacious and airy, well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Plenty of cleaning materials, toilet rolls, towels, toiletries and even real coffee with a proper coffee machine. Loved the honesty bar - great selection of beer, wine and water which we enjoyed on the roof top terrace. Tom even helpfully booked our taxi back to the station which meant I could relax on our last day knowing that our early start the next morning was assured. The location is excellent - quiet and secure yet barely 2 minutes walk from the main square with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. So central and very easy to get your bearings. We were blessed with very hot and sunny weather and were grateful for the extremely efficient air conditioning, although the size of the apartment with its high ceilings meant it stayed relatively cool anyway. Location brilliant. Very comfortable. We got to see the C14 warehouse underneath the building. We had everything that we needed. Loved Bruges, enjoyed the canal boat ride, town hall, clock tower and, a short walk away, the very picturesque area around and including the Beguinage

Fantastic location for exploring, wonderful city, good beds

This was a very large, clean apartment. We entered with a provided door code. There was an honesty bar just inside the main entrance which we used once. Very convenient. We met the owner. He is fantastic and took us on a little extra tour of the property and told us a lot of the history of his family and the progress of the property. It was fantastic to understand how the property has developed.

The apartment was beautiful lovely and clean and very spacious. Had everything we needed. The location was perfect a few minutes and you were in the main square,so handy to get everywhere. The bus to the main train and bus station was just round the corner. Very peaceful place would definitely recommend and would not hesitate going back to stay great host, great place to stay and wonderful city. We were also very lucky to get to see the hidden gem underneath the building thank you Tom for showing us.

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding the PIN code. Booking.com provided a PIN code in the booking confirmation, which we assumed was the code for accessing the apartment. As we later realized, an additional step was required to obtain the actual access code. This code was sent during the registration process via a link in a message from the owner, which we unfortunately overlooked.

Absolutely great location pictures of it don’t do it justice. The rooms are nice and big the beds comfortable we were so pleased with the whole apartment. Was kept very clean and tidy , the kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t use it except for the coffee machine and the kettle . Very close to everything we found The Hide which was just down the road for breakfast absolute must if you dont want to cook opens at 8.30 am . The bathroom had a shower and bath there was shower gel shampoo and conditioner too. The toilet was separate from the bathroom as we were two couples travelling together we found this great . We were in apartment St-Donaas ground floor 2 bedroom .

Clean, spacious 1 bed apartment. Central location within easy walking distance to sites, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Fast wifi. Helpful and responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

First and foremost are the owners of this beautiful property who were on site when we arrived, both Tom and his wife are very welcoming. The property is very old and only a stones throw from the heart of Bruges it has been in Tom's family a very long time intitially as a home and now as a fantastic boutique complex of appartments. Our appartment was on the first floor which has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard but maintaining many origional features. The apartment boasts a modern kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two large bedrooms. The stairs to our apartment are steep and curved, I wouldn't recommend to someone with limited mobility (both myself and friends are 60 years old and managed fine). On arrival Tom invited all the new arrivals to a welcome drink in a facinating cellar where he and his father were really helpful suggesting resturants, sites to visit and activities to undertake. There are three undercover parking spaces located within De Drie Koningen allocated on a first come first served basis for a very reasonable fee and a public carpark near by. This was my second visit to Bruges, the first time we stayed in a very nice hotel but having found this gem of an apartment we shall be staying here on subsequent visits, I cannot recommend highly enough, oh and there is a pool too.

The apartment was beautiful and so spacious. Fabulous location - so close to the town square. Excellent manual for use of facilities, restaurant recommendations, activity suggestions. Loved meeting the host and reading the history of the building. Great laundry. Really well appointed with plates, glasses, utensils and sugar/cooking oil/salt & pepper etc. Lovely towels, shower products, furniture. We traveled Europe as a family for three weeks and this was our favourite accommodation. Congratulations on a lovely business. Have already recommended to several friends.
