The property was in a good location for the Old Town. The staff were very helpful as there is no lift and quite steep stairs. They helped me with my suitcase to put it in storage and gave me a ground floor room. My room was very clean.

The room was clean and well‑ventilated. The interior shutters were fantastic! Thanks to them, I fell into a deep sleep because they filtered light and noise perfectly. It mattered to me that I was staying in a historic building rather than a modern, characterless infill. The room had historic windows that were as airtight as modern ones. I liked the stylish radiators. The mattress was comfortable — and that’s incredibly important when you need to recover after a day of sightseeing.

Clean, location was very central. I liked the design of the room. The restaurants and the brunch places were nearby.

The location is excellent. All landmarks are within a 15 minute walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The check-in/check-out process is very easy

Bed, shower, bathroom, heating were all in good condition and clean. Room cleaning service available upon request. Water pressure was good, hot water was available throughout the day.

I think it was a pretty good deal in terms of location, price and comfort. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable, too.

Timming of check in and check out very bad, I do not recommend this place if you are traveling with an elderly person or with a large luggage because there is no elevators

Very clean and comfortable. The area was very safe even at night because it was very central. We used the storage room too and it was very convenient. They are flexible with arrival times which was also very convenient for us.

The accommodation is in the center. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. It was equipped with a fridge.

The location was just off the main centre of activity and restaurants etc so was quiet but extremely handy. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom area clean and tidy.
