Lovely staff, the owner was lovely there to greet us with welcome drinks and nibbles, the hotel is stunning, the décor is beautiful ❤️ our room was just as stunning, the bed was so comfortable with a choice of pillows, we loved the honestly fridge, everything has been thought about, Nice location short stroll into the center, They also were so helpful with restaurant recommendations we will 100% love to stay here again 🙌

The staff were so welcoming and exceptional attention to detail, welcome drinks and nibbles, the first greeting was so warm, to breakfast which was full of variety, topped up constantly and delicious, and check out which was very difficult as we didn't want to leave! The room was exquisite and full of opulence as well as the cleaning, it was to the highest standard. The overall decor and finishing touches were not scrimped on and made it feel 5 star.

“Couple Visit to Bruges”

Great location and easy to find. Parking at the rear, can be arranged. Narrow(ish) access for most cars OK. Rooms and hotel really lovely, with a very authentic feel. No doors for the toilet in rooms, may be an issue for some, when on the throne! Filip the owner, was superb, lots of recommendations for Bruges, and an enjoyable chat when we arrived.

Amazing atmosphere, the furniture is very particular and chosen with extreme attention, everything is perfect and charming. The host is absolutely top, very nice, very caring and makes you feel at home. Every where is super clean and cost. Breakfast is superb, and the breakfast room very luxury but warm at the same time. We will come back for sure

“Lovely city, property not as described as lovely as it is in the picture it has no sole”

Advertised as a private bathroom, is does not have one its a toilet in a bedroom you have to walk in Side ways to get in and 2 ft away from the bed no extractor fan so room gets very hot and steamy. We used the toilet downstairs as our ensuite private toilet. This is not a luxury boutique room, no bathrobes, no kettle, no wardrobe or closet, as advertised towels very small for a man. Bar downstairs is not manned so can't be used. The room we had were were told had just been completed and not sure if we were the first in it, I will seeking some sort of a refund whilst it did not spoil our visit to Bruges, the facilities did as beautiful as this property is it should not mislead. Parking is expensive at 32 euros per day and breakfast is expensive for 35 euros per day, you can park for 7 euros or less at the train station and walk in to get a lovely breakfast for 12 euros.

It was very very elegant. The hosts were so friendly and kind. The welcome we received was lovely. The decor of the room and whole hotel felt very exquisite. The hotel was also a really good walking distance to the town and main square.

“A magical stay in a beautiful city”

We had the most fantastic stay at Castelsuites. Filip was amazing from the minute we arrived. He showed us to our BEAUTIFUL room and then offered us a lovely welcome drink which just started the trip off in such a special way. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning; it's elegant and magical whilst also feeling cosy and homely. We had one of the parking spaces at the hotel, so it was really easy for us to get there by car, and then it's an easy walk into the city centre so the location is absolutely perfect. Filip also sent us recommendations of restaurants/things to do which was very helpful and he was so easily contactable for any questions we may have had. Filip, thank you so much for making our stay in Bruges so special - as I mentioned when we left, we will 100% be back!

Amazing interior and rooms, chic, classy and bang on trend! Parking in this central location is a bonus and recommended. The hosts are amazing too, nothing is too much trouble, they are available, via WhatsApp which is super handy, plenty of advice and tips. A welcome vino (nice quality) and matching platter is a welcoming nice touch not received in most places. Breakfast, whilst on the more expensive side, is an absolute delight, and Filip kept bringing more! 100% recommend the accommodation, the parking and the breakfast. We will be back for sure, see you again soon!!

Absolutely amazing small family run boutique hotel, the building looks like a fairytale castle, each of the 5 rooms are designed differently in a unique way, the staff were very nice and welcoming, in particular the owner/host Fillip was very friendly and provided a very cosy warm place , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to Fillip and his team . We will definitely visit again
