Comfortable apartment for 2 families with separate entrances, good sound isolation. 4. 2 Bathrooms for 1 apartment. 5. Awesome view from 2 balconies 6. Cold and hot water at the shower, towels are clean and in enough quantity. 7. Beds are comfortable and with clean sheets 8. Nice furniture and clean design of the rooms and villa in general 9. Perfect location for summer kitchen and the pool to observe the kids 10. Table tennis, trampoline, swing, pool (with daily cleaning) 11. 2 type of grill at the summer-kitchen: large electric and open-fire, washing machine is very useful 12. All villa`s area was planted with flowers and bushes what makes everything comfortable 13. Vintage fence & huge parking spot 14. 3 minutes car-ride to the closest beach 15. All types of pots, pans, etc. for personal cooking
