I needed somewhere convenient on route to Sumy and this was perfect after passing through Kyiv quiet, comfortable and the restaurant was excellent

Beautiful area, nice big wooden house, great to have the sauna inside, very relaxing. The breakfast was also very good.

The cottage is very spacy and looks really great. Nice outside area. Beds are comfy. Perfect place for some bbq with friends or family.

“Nice quiet stay”
Nice little rooms with outside space in pretty grounds. There's a restaurant onsite and it's about a 30m walk into Brovary.

“Very bad for the regular stay”
The territory of the complex was in very nice condition and the backyard of our house was pretty nice. They have a free private secure parking. We had enough privacy.
