“remarkable place”
all staff ,members showed to be well trained to please the customers, restaurant has excellent food, breakfast is exceptional, quietness of the location is remarkable, team serving at the pool skilled and qualified. A place to recommend.

“Best experience in Brotas”
I am not usually writing reviews, but this has been the best stay I have ever had. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout. And even I couldn’t speak Portuguese that well - everyone went far and beyond to help and make my stay as comfortable as it was. The rooms are ver clean and taken care of. Small lovely details, such as the room service and breakfast into the room + the very welcoming reception who organized even taxis and supported with excursions.

the food was amazing and the full-service treatment from the staff was the best. The cherry on the top was the private waterfall. I think that just about made the experience for me!

“Staff service excellence, very beautiful hotel, very quiet and green hill.”
This hotel is placed at a quiet and beautiful hill. There are so much green, flowers, birds and sun. The hotel is all well decorated, staffs are very kindfull, and the water, yes believe it, a marvelous water. They purify a fresh mineral local water and is for free for drink anytime with a bottle. We take a shower and a pool with this water, and then our skin became to soft. The breakfast is very good, you should to choose items in advance for the next morning in your table, therefore it is not a buffet style breakfast. Our room was the superior suite, space was ok, bed was ok, nice view from the balcony, good shower, linen and towells. The cleaning service is fantastic. There is a parking near hotel for free. Well, the guests are couples in majority, and children are no allowed "i guess". There are no many rooms at the hotel, that is a good thing, because the establishment will not still crowded by people. One of the plus in this hotel is that there is a waterfall for the hotel's guests. That waterfall, called "Zen Waterfall", is located around 7 km away from the hotel, and open from 9 am to 4 pm. Wow that is a paradise in ground. I and my wife surely will be back again.
