Good price for a clean place to sleep for the night. Excellent water pressure. Walmart is about a block away if you need anything, and the pizza place next door was good.

It was a pleasant surprise to have such a spacious place (with a queen bed, a couch, 3 chairs, a dinner table with 2 folded leaves) and a fully equipped kitchen, all for $70! Very clean, AC works quiet, a bit outdated carpet, but again, it's clean. Location is great, we walked everywhere.

For the price its a good place to stay. The room is quite big. wifi is working normally. For motel you can find its a decent place to stay.

It's clean and comfortable. Here also close to some fast food restaurants and supermarket. Front desk were really nice. Comparing to the price, it's very worth it to stayed here.

“Good resting place”
I appreciated the fact that the desk clerck was willing to wait for me (I arrived late with some delay). I liked the minifridge, the proximity to the main street with some restaurants options (though there are not this many in the whole town) as well as gas stations. The main street allows to quickly exit/enter the trans-Canada highway. Brooks is 40-50 minutes away from the Dinosaur provincial park which is worth a visit (1-2 days at least).

“Mixed feelings”
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Just wonderful people. Good variety of television channels and ample hot water for shower or bath. The room has ample amenities and is spacious. Good location in town. Fair price for what they offer.

“Adequate for over night as very basic. Not for longer stays. Noise as on highway can be disturbing.”
No breakfast part of plan. Office does not open to later so travel before eating. Pricing good as was location and avaiabily of nearby eateries.
