“Good value for money motel.”
The rooms were apacious , clean and comfortable. ,Although the motel was busy when we were there , and just off the highway it was very quiet at night . Air conditioning in the room was good as it waa hot when we were there.

“A good place for a short stay”
It was in a good location for our one night stay and there was no road noise as it was at the back. The attached restaurant was handy to have dinner and was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean.

“Mixed reaction, good motel, clean. Staff should assign quiet rooms to non-partiers.”
Check in verified "quiet" upoun check-in. Then assigned room located under stairs, saturday night revelers tromping upstairs to rooms in middle of night woke us constantly.

“Excellent stay”
Very spacious room, comfortable bed. No breakfast included but it was such a great rate and restaurants nearby for hot breakfast. Coffee was available in lobby. Parking in front of room.

My husband stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and everything was excellent and very comfortable. The beds were exceptionally soft, which made his stay especially restful after long workdays. The hotel had a calm, welcoming atmosphere and was very convenient overall. If he travels to Brooks again for business, he will definitely book this same hotel again without any doubt.
