“WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME”
WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my LIFE. She should not be working with people. Not only did I not get the room that I had booked 3 weeks prior, but she also messed up with the payment. Absolutely unreal. THEN tells me there's another $100 deposit. And didn't apologize for ANY of the mistakes that were made. Awful awful awful!

“Very disappointed in a tralvelode.”
We still have not gotten our deposit back. I have spoke with them and am unhappy with delays.our T V did not work, and the water for the shower never really got hot. The hotel is non smoking, but the lobby and elevator smelled so smoking. Not our room.

“Didn't get to stay long they messed up my reservation. I have stayed in the past, never again.”
This hotel has a very disorganized staff that can't answer questions. Found out later he was actually the owner.
