We were over for the World cup, it was an ideal location for some cafes etc and hopping on the train into the centre. Was great having breakfast included. The staff were nice and helpful. Having the small shop, free tea/coffee, laundry and luggage storage on sight just made things so much easier. Nice spacious room with a comfy bed and good aircon!

The hotel is in a good area, close to the metro. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a good variety of food.

“Great rooms, very good breakfast”

The suite was very spacious, clean, and with all the necessary amenities, including some dishes and a spacious fridge. I enjoyed the breakfast, with several healthy options like oatmeal (unsweetened), fresh fruit, or steamed scrambled eggs to choose from. I appreciate the fact that if you leave the luggage at the front desk, it's tagged, and not just left there with no verification of who it belongs to (as is sometimes the case in hotels). The hotel is right next to a street, but it's not too busy in the summer and therefore the room is quiet.

The location was far away from the center. The breakfast was terrible. We came at 8:15 and everything was cold, there were nearly nothing left, even the omelet was not possible to eat.

Breakfast crew and food were top notch! Loved the breakfast tacos and homemade breakfast cookies.

The twin room suite is very big. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I like breakfast is included and the free shuttle to HMS and hospital area. Self service laundry is also a plus but it's not free, costs $6 for washing and drying.

My 13-year-old son and I were forced to sleep two nights on an extendible couch instead of receiving the 2 queen beds apartment we booked & paid for at Booking.com. Finally, after 2 days of repeated requests to sort things out, we received the apartment we booked which was according to our expectations. The hotel is clean and spacious. The kitchenette from the apartment was well-equipped and useful for serving a family dinner brought from a good Turkish restaurant nearby. Thank you Linda from the Reception team! You were the only person who, 2 days after our arrival, cared to check our Booking.com reservation and transfer us to the correct apartment we paid for. Needless to say, we did not receive any compensation for messing up our reservation.
