the room itself was comfortable, a lot of space, a lot of towels in the bathroom 2 pillows (hard and soft) for each person the area around was nice but it's far from the city center

Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, water was hot, toiletries available on pumps in the shower. Breakfast was reasonably priced and there was plenty of variety. The location is fantastic for transport, Coolidge cinema, plenty of excellent restaurants and bars and a fantastic bookstore.

Location , staff were certainly some of the pluses.Daily housekeeping was great too . Here must add … the room we stayed in needed a bit of deep cleaning … like behind the study table and the chest of drawers (inside) had a lot of dust.

We will not return: quality-price is not worth it, the cleaning is very poor and the staff were unable to resolve complaints.

Customer service in response to cleaning complaints was useless. Quite disappointing breakfast. I will not come back to this hotel on my next visits to my relatives in Boston.

The initial cleanliness of the room was terrible, I had to clean stains from all the bedside tables and the large table. The carpet in the room smelled bad. I alerted the front desk staff to request a deep cleaning but their warnings were useless and their next response was “we can't do anything else”. Cleaning is not making the beds.

Nice hotel in perfect position to visit Boston and Cambridge. The staff is nice and available to help at any time. The room was large and comfortable for our family of three.
