“Very good hotel near Boston University”
We had a room with two double beds. The beds were comfortable, but they did creak a bit. Breakfast is modest. There is no restaurant or room service. So one has to pick up a muffin and a croissant, and a coffee near the reception, and take it to their rooms. Location is excellent, especially if you want to be near Boston University. There are some places nearby to eat, so that's good too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tastefully done. Toilets are sparkling clean.

“Excellent place to stay near Boston University”
The hotel is located in a historic district and is extremely close to Boston University. It is located in a century old "brownstone" building and had a charming character. The folks running the hotel are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is modest, but sufficient.

“Tired and cheap but friendly”
Very convenient for the medical centre and for trains in to town. Lovely area. House interior is quaint. Staff were delightful, always very helpful during the hours they are there.

“Quintessentially Boston”
Quintessentially Boston ‘brownstone’ accommodation. Comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff with a great knowledge of the city. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, university, green-spaces and transportation. Perfect for settling students in to university or visiting family.
