“The elevator is broken. The back doors that require a room key to get in are broken. People are smok”
The elevator is broken. The back doors that require a room key to get in are broken. People are smokIng in the hallways when it’s suppose to be non smoking. The front desk woman was so lazy and rude she wouldn’t even lean out of her chair enough to point to where the stairs were on the print out of the layout of the building. After given a run around twice I called from in the building asking for better explanation of where the stairs were. She hung up instead. My kids were wondering why she wouldn’t just help us. Even though it was non refundable we ended up leaving after she pretended to call the police when I came back to the front desk asking how to get to the third floor. We could only seem to get to the second floor carrying all of our things. And had to keep going back down to her. Very rude and unprofessional. She was extremely unwilling to help.

“I will NEVER stay in a EconoLodge hotel again and I plan to tell everyone about the filth.”
The only good thing I can say about that hotel other than we managed to live through that entire night of complete nastiness was that the hot water in the shower was actually hot, and that we actually escaped that hole with our lives. THAT is the only good thing anyone can ever say about this place.

“The worst ever. I’ll never stay in one of your hotels again.”
The room should have been cleaner, carpet needs cleaned extremely bad and the wall paper was coming off of the wall. The tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned since the last people were there. The room had a bad odor.

“Awesome.”
I loved the stuff, they were open to help. One receptionist (fair lady) helped us with our transportation. It was indeed a lovely place to stay. I will definitely come back there soon.
