“Terrific stay for a multi generational family attending a wedding in Broke.”
Size and areas of house, the pool was terrific. Peaceful environment. Location was convenient for a wedding. But town a little far from main areas of Hunter Valley.

“Touch of luxury whilst also having a wonderful home like feel.”
Layout of house was great. Felt luxurious. We loved the pool and spa. All the extras such as cupboards of board games and books was a bonus, likewise the hammocks went down a treat. Kitchen was fabulous. We loved all the brickwork walls.

“Absolutely perfect accommodation for our family, couldn't have asked for more.”
The accommodation was so much better than what we expected. The house was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped, very clean, beds were good and the pool was fabulous especially as it was very hot. The location was great, close to everything we needed yet private.

A very unique, well presented, spacious home. Centrally located for the Smoke in Broke festival. Very well equipped from the kitchen to the fireplace. We did get cold due to the vastness of the architecture but we expected that & were prepared. The experience of the home outweighed the chill.

“Lovely quaint stone country house with plenty of room for a large group of guests.”
Heated jacuzzi was very pleasant and it also helped to warm the pool. It was nice that the property included pool towels as the bath towels were only small. There was plenty of in door and outdoor seating space as we had visitors for dinner. The house was well set up for a lot of guests plus visitors i.e. big gas BBQ, plenty of crockery, glasses, large gas stove and lots of staples, gladwrap so we didn't need to go out and buy anything like that. Two big fridges too!!
