What a hidden Gem, Broek is absolutely beautiful and only a 10 minute bus ride into Amsterdam centre, the bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the accommodation. The apartment was warm clean and well equipped, no cooking facilities but we didn't miss that. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was excellent. The owners were friendly and welcoming, I wouldn't hesitate staying again next time I'm in Amsterdam

Connections to Amsterdam were excellent and convenient. Bus stop a short walk away and only 15 mins into Amsterdam. Lots of restaurants close by ( but close quite early - 8 or 9pm for food).

“A lovely find in the country but brilliant for discovering Amsterdam too”
Location: gorgeous, quiet (end October) little village on direct bus or bike route to Amsterdam or Volendam. Just 10 mins. by car to Amsterdam Noord. Good pubby restaurant with wide range on offer right next door, plus a few others within 5 mins. walk. Size and layout: perfect for a short stay, but more living area on terrace in front in summer. All clean, as new and tasteful.

The location was within 15 minutes of Amsterdam Central Station and the transportation system seamless. Great hosts, very helpful and went above and beyond. Preferred being outside the city but within 15 minutes.

“Great!”
We spent one night here after travelling over on the ferry. The location was great, not right in the city centre but super easy to reach by bus. They had a small selection of board games which was very appreciated after a day of mind melting travel and a nice way to unwind. The wifi was a godsend as my friend had been having issues with her data all day but thankfully we were able to sort it out before we left! This was no fault of the property but my confirmation said my card would be charged before we arrived but you only pay at the property, which wasn't an issue but I did embarass myself thinking I'd already paid 😭

“Lovely location”
The area was very nice, close to a lake, bike rental (25 eur for 2 persons)and bus station (buses to Amsterdam work all day long until around midnight and they come very often) We biked to Monnickendam and Volendam which we 100% recommend while being around Amsterdam. Broeke in waterland is also worth biking around. We left our bikes in the front yard. The host was very nice

“Nice place, nice environment”
Good location to go to Amsterdam Noord, by bus or by car. It's very quiet despite being close to the main road. It's nice to be able to sit in the arm chairs and relax, reading or just talking over a coffee. The Japanese/French gourmet restaurant 50m from the BnB alone is worth going back there. Michelin star quality for an average restaurant price. We're actually considering doing that!

“Lovely and quiet stay in adorable village”
Lovely room, furnished with taste. We loved the little sitting room and the the eating area at the window. The bed is super comfortable! The outside space is great to sit and we could put our bikes. The restaurant next door is great!
