Great location, friendly host and cleanliness. The furniture is a bit older, but fully functional. Don’t pay attention to the neighbors’ warnings – the stay was very pleasant. The accommodation is right next to the pier where you can catch a taxi boat (€1.50 one way) and in just a few minutes you’ll arrive at the island of Krapanj. The island is surrounded by a walking path where you can relax and stop at local konobas serving excellent food.

As some have mentioned the decor is "classic" 60's but the space was clean and the bed comfortable. Owner spoke no English but was on site ready for us and helpful. The view is better than the photos.

Don't be mistaken by other reviewers because of building appearance. All was perfect. Welcoming host. Amazing sea view from balcony and bedroom. Property is close to beach (several options possible), which aren't crowded.

The apartment is in a former hotel. The outside of the building and the balconies needs to be painted and better maintained. It is not a warm welcome. Inside it's better. But the apartment itself was good. The apartment has a living room with table, 3 older chairs, a couch, a well equiped kitchen, an older but good working frigde. The door to the balcony was very nice and modern. I liked it very much. When you look outside you see the sea. Beautiful. There was a clima. The bathroom has a shower, curtain and toilet. It all worked very well. The furniture in apart bedroom was a bit outdatet, but worked very well. The bed slept good, there were a lot a clean towels. The owner has lowered the ceeling in the bedroom with modern spots. In the bedroom you have a very beautiful view on the sea. Along the whole apartment is a balcony with a splendid seaview. On the balcony is a modern lounch set: a small couch, 2 chairs and a table. We loved sitting there and watching the beautiful dunset. In 1 min.walk you can reach the really beautiful beach. The host was a friendly man. He told us we could use the washing machine, or the ironing. We could park the car behind the apartment. The whole builing, apartment was very clean, the bedsupply and all the towels were very clean.

Room was ok, nice balcony, air condition. Place close to the ferry to the island and beaches. Enough parking and good access from main road.

The owner was a good host. You can park save the motorcycle.

The apartment was perfect, we found everything what's needed. Furniture and surroundings was really simple, but everything was clean and appropriate. Location- small village on the seashore. The view from balcony- extraordinary! In general we loved the place and really recommend to stay here.
