I had my room booked for not even two full days. My plans have changed and I could have only arrive at 11pm while the hotel has check in until 8pm. While it's in the rules, there was zero effort to resolve the situation in any way. Neither was I compensated a single euro even though my booking was made last minute and didn't even block the last room of the hotel. So unless your plans always go perfectly, don't book this place because there is zero effort to be helpful or fair. Well, they are fair according to rules, for customer experience not so much.

Excellent location in the centre of Brixen Im Thale. Right next to the Church. Host was friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious. Next time that I am hiking in the area I will stay here again
