“No more comments”

I stayed in the „Premiere Classe“ in Brive while being on a motorcycle roadtrip. The only thing premium here is in the name. It is an old building, the rooms are small and very old fashioned. The toilets are small and with plastic walls like in a camper/caravan. The walls are very thin, you will hear everything your neighbors do in their room. Don‘t get fooled by the pictures. If it wasn‘t that late and I would have had more time I would have left. Next to this place is an IBIS, nothing special but I recommend you to take the few more Euros and stay there, you most likely won‘t get any bad surprises there like in the Premiere Classe. My room was full of little flies and the room was not completely clean. My strategy was to let the bathroom light on while I was sleeping, so the flies would go there instead of bothering me. It worked well. Nevertheless, paying over 50€ for a s******** like that and then needing to apply such thinking is a nasty offer from the provider/owner in my opinion. This is the type of place you expect bedbugs. After my arrival i twas the first thing I checked. Luckily the room that I stayed in was free of them. Great! As you can see, the standards here are pretty „Premium Classe“.

Easy to enter.

For the price paid it was spotlessly clean although old and rooms small, the beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and easy, staff were pleasant, location was quiet at night and close to motorway with large car park closed at night.

Location and value for good location, clean and good value for money

Convenient location near A20. Good value for money with basic breakfast included.

Normally you book a Premier Classe because you know what you are getting. The rooms are basic, but normally sufficient for a single traveller. Breakfast is never anything special, but hey, you get a room for the night at a known price.

Quiet small room but was clean and comfortable. Only gripe really was the cleaners were cleaning at 03.30 onwards are were not quiet one bit. The staff are very friendly though

It was a basic motel type accommodation. It had a good ensuite bathroom which was spotlessly clean. The breakfast though simple was well presented. It was in an industrial area but was located in a quiet section.

Nice and close to main motorway. Room small but clean. Bathroom like a caravan, again adequate for the value we paid
