“Great value for money.”
Great value for money, the apartment was as described. Close to the old part of the town with on-street parking outside. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished.

Luc is a very friendly and helpful man. He was easily contactable. The apartment is near the train station ( by the rear exit). There is a big supermarket about a 5 minute walk away. I would stay there again.

Were some thoughtful additions such as a dispenser for shampoo in the shower and Netflix and Prime Video on the TV. There was good wi-fi connection. There was a cooling fan by the bed although it was noisy and on a timer max 2 hours.

No hot water, chipped crockery, couldn’t get the induction hob to work, the cupboard above cooker broken. We were in the whale.

“Overall review is, I urge everyone to makes the place a point of call for accomodation”
It was a perfect place to stay. Closer to my business meeting place and the station Very quiet and safe area. Extra ordinary clean and all the systems working . I will recommend for family and business community and that travel to Brive to make the place the first call of accommodation.
