I stayed at Santai Guesthouse and was quite disappointed. There was loud construction right next to our room that we were never informed about, other guests swimming late up until midnight making it difficult to relax. The water was cut off early in the morning, and after several calls, it was only turned back on a few minutes before check-out — and while we were finally getting ready, we were asked to leave, which felt very rude and inconsiderate because they were the ones causing our late check out by cutting water at 8am. The pipes also made loud creaking noises whenever the neighbors flushed their toilet rattling our room as well, which was very disturbing. On top of that, our room was not cleaned unless we specifically asked, and the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and no variety we ended not eating on last day as we couldn't eat same thing every single day. Paying 1800 a night, I was definitely not expecting this kind of experience. Our room was tight and tv was small and bad quality . And I almost slipped over as floor was wet and I stepped on empty construction material boxes as it blocked my way everytime I tried to go to my room Overall, poor communication, constant noise, and lack of basic service made this a frustrating and unpleasant stay for the high price being charged. Not worth it.

Absolutely everything, the whole setting, stay and staff are beautiful.

The lodges and breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. It was peaceful and very relaxing.

The property was not too bad, it’s actually good. I liked the outside dining area surrounded with trees and plants. very tranquil. also the shopping centre is around the corner, we didn’t need it but it was nice to know where the shops were.

The host was friendly 😃 The room was clean and reasonably ventilated, with a functioning AC. The bed was comfortable and they had clean sheets and towels for us. Most importantly, it is quite close to the Brits Mall so that was a lovely surprise.
