“I travel extensively for work and personally, one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Booking’s rating a poor guide h”
Mold in shower. Food left in fridge from previous guest. Noise from road awful. Breakfast food a disappointment (although waitress was lovely). Fell for booking’s evaluations, which gave a false view of the property. Hotel hard used, carpet worn… not worth t he money spent.

“Very confy hotel”
Very nice hotel, super comfortable, clean, cosy. The bed were super comfortable, all fluffy - the mattres, the pilows and the blanket. The breakfast was orderede by menu, super rich and tasty. The loby - very pleasant. There are also the outdoor pool. Really nice, safe place to stop by, when you were on the road.

“okay but we were not in Bristol to enjoy the hotel, only a good place to sleep.”
Location was okay, however a little difficult to drive too, however the street location was the problem. I Price was the only value.

“wont stay at this franchise ever again”
Had to negotiate for the breakfast when it was included under Booking.com. Then the breakfast didn't open when it was supposed to. Very pricey ($100) pet fee.
