“The stay was satisfactory- no big problems and reasonably comfortable.”
Room was comfortable as was the bed. room was quiet and clean. Location was convenient and close to restaurants.

“Not the best Marriott experience.”
Bed was comfortable and space was clean. Hot water was virtually non-existent. Breakfast bistro had one server who was dual tasked with a team breakfast for a WV college baseball team and manning the bistro. It was an impossible task which she handled admirably. But coffee and breakfast was a 30 minute wait.

There was no breakfast. Room was clean. Water pressure was good.

The entire in house alarm system went off early in the morning. The evacuation process was poorly handled, and if it had been a real fire, people would have died. The staff was confused and disorganized, and no credit or apology was offered after the event. I will never stay here again.

“Other than the breakfast issue everything else was exceptional.”
Prepaid for breakfast, but when we went to eat there was a line of about 8 or 9 people & there was only 1 person taking your order, then going back to cook it. This was very frustrating as we were wanting to get on the road. That was the reason that we chose breakfast included, so we wouldn’t have to stop once we got on the road. We waited about 10 mins & there was still 4 or 5 people ahead of us. The lady working at the front desk was nice enough to refund us the amount we prepaid for the breakfast. We were delayed from leaving due to waiting in line & then had to stop somewhere else to get breakfast
