“This is a great location and a no frills place to stay on a budget with exceptional staff”
Great location. Convenient to both Bristol VA and Bristol TN. This is a no frills place to stay. The staff is exceptional and the bed is comfortable. There is no breakfast - please don’t complain that there wasn’t one provided as the description clearly indicates that there is no breakfast offered. These are nice people offering a convenient place to stay

“Cozy”
The standard suite was perfect and cozy. The fireplace kept the room super warm, and while the jacuzzi tub was my reason for booking this room, we didn't use it. Just ran short of time. I liked everything about this place.

The bed was comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. I forgot my soap so the complimentary soap was beneficial.
