The staff was great, food and beverage options very good quality and variety,facilities and services (boat transfer, whatsapp concierge) quite surprisingly good too.

Great location with amazing views over Lago Maggiore, fantastic pool area with playground, and overall perfect for families. EV charging. Large covered parking garage. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended! We are going back soon.

A great place to spend some quality family time. The pool was excellent, exploring the extensive grounds, playing huge chess and mini-golf... The breakfast was outstanding. The view from our room was brilliant - watching epic storms come down the valley was a highlight. It was very family friendly.

It was a wonderful experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment and an outstanding view. The staff were amiable and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable. We also loved the swimming pool, the restaurant, & the kids' corner ... One of the standout features was how pet-friendly the hotel was. They provided a gift and treats for our dog and even offered dog-sitting services for our puppy, which was a fantastic convenience.

This place offers a stunning view of the lake. Staff are very lovely. There was only 1 fan in the room, no aircon so I found it almost impossible to sleep because of how hot it was.

First Hotel that really catered towards dog owners. Appreciated the treats and the gift provided to our dog.
