Even though it is close to the road it is very quiet inside. Wonderful views and amazing gardens that lead you straight down to the lake. Very pleasant all around.

The service is very friendly and the served breakfast every morning on the sunny terrace was really good. The room was simple but very clean with breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains from the large door windows. The garden towards the lake is also very beautiful and the private beach access to the lake would be perfect for the summer. The parking with EV charger was also very convenient.

The view from the room was perfect, the room was clean and warm and the bed comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible with buses from both Italy and Switzerland. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the morning I sat outside on the terrace and I was served the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Grazie mille!

View from room, comfortable beds, effective and silent air conditioning. Our sea view room was very quite.Reserved hotel parking on main road. Possibility to safely store cycles.

The view out of our cute room was fantastic! The breakfast with a wonderful view was delicious with local products! There is a beautiful garden in front of the hotel and you have also direct access to the lake. :) Every wish was fulfilled by the owner and staff with joy and happiness. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this lovely hotel to everyone!

All my additional requirements (conference room for a video conference, free parking space) were met. No need to ask for, when I arrived everything was set and done. Nice and quiet room with a superb view. Breakfast on the terrace again with a beautiful view on the lake.
