Great, relaxing place to stay in La Punta- Brisas Zicatela. The studio is very cozy, kitchen is basic but has everything you need, the terrace with hammock and table + chairs is very chill. Communication with the host was fantastic, she always replied immediately and was very helpful. We arrived one day later than planned, as our bus was cancelled. The host was very friendly and we agreed on a price for the first night. A bit pricy but Puerto Escondido has gone up with prices a lot in the past years in general, so would definitely stay here again! :)

Mangal Suites offered a very comfortable stay, great communication and clear, helpful instructions for parking, etc.

Lovely studio for a holiday in Puerto Escondido! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and close to great bars and restaurants. The studio itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The manager (Daniel) was attentive and incredibly helpful, making the stay even better. Highly recommended.

“Best place in Zicatela”

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment near Zicatela Beach. The space is spotless and extremely well-equipped — especially the kitchen, which had everything I needed to make coffee, smoothies, and full meals with ease. The bed is very comfortable, the furniture is stylish and cozy, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into every detail. The garden is perfectly maintained and creates a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. My favorite place was the terrace with its hammock — an ideal spot to enjoy a quiet, relaxing breakfast while listening to the sounds of nature. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the beach and very close to shops, fresh produce stands, bars, and cafés. Daniel and Ketty were outstanding hosts — warm, attentive, and great communicators. I felt truly well cared for. Highly recommended! I would happily stay here again.

Great location very near the Main Street and beach. Great security and very quiet and private. The host: Daniel was exceptional and gave us great advice and help whilst Hurricane Erick struck, he responded quickly to any issues and was highly professional.

“A Hidden Jungle Sanctuary”

Mangal suites was quite an extraordinary place. We chose it because it was close to the airport, and we were only overnighting on our way to Oaxaca. We also had a number of special requests because of my wife's chemical sensitivities to scented cleaning products. The people there were so helpful in making sure everything we needed was done, and that there were no unexpected problems. But the place itself was amazing, and a hub for other activities and events, related to alternative health practices and spirituality.. One didn't need to be part of any of the other activities to feel welcomed and comfortable here, as our schedule didn't correspond the calendar of events, so for us it was just a very quiet and relaxing stay in a beautiful, peaceful, safe compound, with lovely grounds and rooms and a pool, all within less than half hour taxi to the airport. It is in the jungle in a corner of cancun, and walking to a bar or club or fancy restaurant is not possible, but in our case it also was not wanted. They did however make a wonderful vegetarian meal for us that we had pre-arranged, and then had a relaxing evening talking to the chef/manager, and a interesting breakfast with the delightful owner who told us stories about the unique buildings and grounds. We were there in the off season, so things were quiet, so we embraced this unique opportunity to enjoy a place certainly not for everybody, but perfect for us.

What a wonderful studio! Very clean and comfortable. A lovely balcony to drink your coffee in the shade. A very well equipped kitchen. Very good location and quiet! I came back and stayed another 4 nights! Very helpful host. Would definitely recommend!!!
