Friendly, efficient staff, made us feel welcome once we had made contact. Lovely character building in quiet location. Comfy bed, shower and toilet nearby, but not en suite. Nice simple breakfast option.

I think booking.com should have mentioned about no parking availability (only 2 or 3 streets away). My husband has mobility issues & it would have been nice to know in advance not on check in!!!!!!

Ideal simple accommodation without frills right in the middle of the historic centre of Brioude. Perfect location to visit and absorb this intriguing town. Shared bathroom facilities more than adequate. Really appreciated the availability of a washing machine!

“Superb accomodation”
My husband and I often shy away from booking places with a shared bathroom but this place is so wonderful it does not matter at all the bathroom is shared. In any case only 2 rooms share the bathroom and toilet. Our room was beautifully renovated and I couldn't stop admiring the natural stone features. The bed was extra comfy and it was very quiet. We had an outlook straight onto the Basilica making the location perfect. Our host communicated well with us and allowed us an early arrival as we were hiking. Christina, another host, met us at the house and made us a simple breakfast the next morning. She was a warm, friendly person and made us feel so welcome. I would definately recommend this accomodation.

“Comfort and quiet in the shadow of the basilica”
Located right in the shadow of the basilica. It would not be possible to be better located in the event that you are visiting the basilica. We received a warm welcome from our host, who was friendly and who gave us lots of good information about the town and about the stay overall. Our host was very flexible and accomodating. Excellent communication. Our window looked right out onto the basilica. Free parking a 5 minute walk away. Several good restaurants in the area. Very QUIET. Very CLEAN.
