Accessibility to alot of shop. Value for money. Friendly receptionist. Even the room is small but cozy. Suitable for couple. I stay at 3rd floor strong water pressure.

The basement parking is full from Friday to Sunday even though spaces are reserved for CoolMama hotel guests. Please Add clear signage in the basement to direct guests to the hotel lift. Also, the room and bathroom have high windows that compromise privacy and pose a safety concern.

everything is ok but there is 1 problem with the parking lot. for people who rent a family room will get a parking card but for small rooms you will not get a parking card and have to find your own parking even though it is a busy place. you have to park in a paid place. for hotel parking there is no reservation at all. please fix it in the parking section. thank you

Just a suggestion, could add some some light either warm light to have sufficient lighting for customers to easily dress up and make up. But its still okay overall. Thanks.
