It was fantastic for a group our size. Enough space for everyone but never too far from each other either. It was a very convenient distance to town, and the kids had a blast. Our family has already discussed staying again.

The location is superb- quiet, backs onto the river and walking trail, a less than 5 minute walk into town. The house is spacious, with good outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. A wood fireplace is fantastic. Welcome gifts including wine, fruit, and Easter eggs!

It's one of the best vacation house we stayed in. The location and house is excellent. Its a very scenic place. The hosts were excellent. Special call out to Priscilla and Gemma they responded very promptly and were kind. Definitely planning to book again.

Comfortable, spacious, clean(!!!),very well equipped although noting that the coffee machine did not work and no slotted spoon(minor point!) to extract the poached eggs! Appreciated the welcoming extras…wine. Coffee and jam. Lock up garage a bonus and the wood heater. Short walk to Bright town centre. Information and instructions all in clear English. Teapot, leaf tea, tea towels, dishwashing pellets, soap, bin bags and other usable commodities make a small but significant difference to the ease and quality of our stay.

We are a party of four couples, and the house was exceptional. There was everything provided that you could possibly ask for. All rooms were well appointed, comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were filled with the most beautiful shampoo, conditioner, body, wash, hand wash, etc that you could hope for. Short stroll into the lovely town of Bright and easy access to cafes, restaurants, etc. Priscilla was a delight to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The house is spacious, the bedrooms are stunning, the bathrooms are beautiful and the gardens are breathtaking! The kitchen is so well equipped, it has absolutely everything you could need and more……

The only thing I can think of is it would be nice to have a wash hand basin in the toilet but this is minor problem .

Wow what a house! Place was immaculate and perfectly presented. Everything little thing was thought of. Plenty of towels, luxury amenities and a delicious welcome pack on arrival. The backyard was STUNNING. That pink weeping blossom tree was incredible. One of the most beautiful outdoor settings I have come across. All our guests loved the house and will be staying again in the future.
