“A very bad hotel”
The worst hotel apartment in the world, I stayed for 5 days and asked me to pay 150 Swiss francs, indicating that it would be returned to me when I checked out. As a result, on the fourth day, the landlord told me that I couldn't come and let me go by myself, and said that the deposit would be refunded! I want to ask the landlord, are you trying to cheat me of 150 Swiss francs? If you don't answer the phone, the deposit will not be refunded to me. Everyone must be careful whether you can get your 150 deposit back!

During the stay for 3days it was very cool, and room heaters were off, property didn't listen to our request to turn on heaters Also we did not use disher, and from first day leakage started from flooring tile. Hence property refused to pay security deposit of 200chf after one month. Property is not replying to our whatsapp calls. This is not at all good gesture, because I have visited swiss 5 times, this is my first experience. Hence booking. Com should play active role in this matter. Thanks
