“Nice stay at the beach house”

Great location for exploring island and Bridgetown, although it is on the opposite side from main tourist areas. Easy access to the beach. It was very clean.

Location- being literally on the beach, walkable to Bridgetown, 10 mins to a shop, 1/2hr to one of the best bars in the world.

The peace & quiet, the garden was beautiful,beach was gorgeous & quiet. Little crabs in the garden were quite interesting.beach bar called Rascals only a short walk along the beach. Alison who prepared the villas was lovely.

Excellent property: well-maintained, private, secure. Right on the beach (access via a gate at the end of the garden), great for evening beach walks and sunsets. Communication before arrival was good. Excellent, well-equipped kitchen. Good wifi and AC. Good shower. Free parking on site. Big supermarket nearby. Ideal for a couple who are self-catering. Note that our place was technically a studio but felt like a one-bedroom, as the room was partitioned with a big shelving unit and curtain. There was also a nice covered private outdoor space with a dining table, as a well as a big kitchen/living area and big bathroom, and the unit felt spacious and private. We were very comfortable.

The location right on the quiet beach was beautiful. Loved watching the sunsets every night. The covered balcony was wonderful as we had quite a few showers during our stay but we never had to move indoors. The Webber barbecue was a nice bonus and it too was under cover for protection from the rain. It was an easy walk to the A1 grocery store which was well stocked and also where you can catch the local buses. In the ten days we stayed here we never ate one meal out. It was just so nice sitting out on our patio looking at the ocean and listening to the waves. Even though this is a studio apartment the bedroom is separated from the kitchen/living room area The property manager was very prompt at addressing any small issues we had like a broken can opener.

We loved the location, direct access to the gorgeous beach. Totally enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle this property afforded, from enjoying the sunsets and going for early morning sea baths, to drinks on the patio in the evening.

We loved the place. Very beautiful garden and private atmosphere. Maybe we were the only guests... just lovely. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and the place is clean. The beach is right in front of you and is picture perfect. Good location to start exploring the island! It was ideal for us, because we had a rental car.

We stayed in a nice and cozy beach studio with direct access to a beautiful beach

Had a wonderful stay at Banyan Beach House. The garden and beach just in front of you are amazing. Apartement is nice equipped. There are some restaurants and a grocery store nearby (about 10 min walk). If you want to have a little bit more party etc. this won't be the place for you, but it's amazing for relaxing and be a little bit outside of all the touristic places. Be aware that there are 2 other apartments on this property, so you are not on your own, but luckily the other guests during our stay there were really calm and friendly :)

Text entry instructions were crystal clear.

The property was very nice and the owners (who we met) were delightful. Location on the beach near the cruise harbour excellent. However the property agent gave us some grief as we did not recognize the charge on our credit card (referred to the agency name not the owner or the property and was in an unfamiliar amount). Led to a cancellation of our card and a lot of trouble sorting this out.
