“Like in a trucker movie”
We liked the place very much. The Silver Maple In, the village, the street, the multiple trucks which cross by and the special restaurants create a trucker movie like atmosphere. A feeling how it has been in the past. A really great experience. We recommend the place very much. There was still snow in the mountains.

It was a nice surprise when we got there and hotel, rooms.... were really better than pictures. It is located outside Yosemite when you cross it from west to east. It looks to be situated un mid of anything, town doesn´t appear to be California. But hotel is clean, big rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, nice to rest "in route". Thanks a lot for your attention.

“Comfortable accomodations, quiet setting.”
While I appreciate that the room was clean, the smell of Lysol was overpowering when we entered the room, and it never really got better during our stay.
